Customer service at it's best I tried making a service appointment online, but did something wrong. I called because I didn't get anything from the service department. I was told I had nothing there in reference to service. I was then given an appointment the same day and within 30 minutes of the time I requested on the failed online try. I got there, they took me in and kept me informed of the progress. My CRV drives like a new car. More

First service trip I purchased a Ridgeline in Sept. 2017 and had it serviced recently. Kellie Smith met me at the car and looked after me until the pick up was ready. I have owned several different makes of vehicles and I have never received this this awesome service. I am so glad that I purchased from Lucious Garner last September. I have received special treatment from everyone. Also, Robert was very helpful in explaining the different accessories available for my Ridgeline. Bryan Honda knows how to keep customers coming back!!!! More

Unable to register vehicles out of state. Bryan Honda is located in a military town. Most car buyers want their vehicles registered in their hometown so you don’t have the hassle of registerin Bryan Honda is located in a military town. Most car buyers want their vehicles registered in their hometown so you don’t have the hassle of registering your vehicle every x-number of years. We were preapproved, so we just went to pick from their limited selection. We had to wait for almost two hours after the bank faxed the check over in order to complete the paperwork. Bryan Honda stated they would register the vehicle in Florida. A week later on August 29 at 6:02pm, we receive a call from the agent responsible for the vehicle registration asking what we wanted to do with the title. Really?!? Bryan Honda is suppose to deal with registration. Well, the only agent responsible for vehicle registrations at Bryan Honda has no idea how to register our vehicle in Florida, and she will be out of the office for next four days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and don’t expect any help Monday since it’s Labor Day. Now, with the service member away I am stuck trying to figure out what needs to be done because my 30 day tags are ticking away. I go back to the dealership to ask for help the Friday before Labor Day. I am told by an assistant manager that he will work diligently to solve the issue for me. Here we are the Wednesday after Labor Day and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone at Bryan Honda to help. I was only able to leave voice messages. Save yourself the stress and grief. Make sure to ask your dealership upon arrival if they can really register your vehicle out of state. More
