Horrific Service It cost 50$ for an oil change on a 2003 2 door coupe. With no other fluids even looked at. 2 days later I went to Advanced Auto for Radiant coolant. We arrived at Bryan Honda at 6 to be the first one in line for the car yard sale. Ethan toured me and my father in lot in the driving cart because my father in law couldn’t walk that much. Ethan worked around my budget and showed me great cars and answered any questions I had. He allowed me to talk things over with my father and didn’t presssure me. He was honest and didn’t try to just me the car. If I had to choose a different salesman, I wouldn’t. He was great. He showed me the car fax while looking at the cars on the outside. Rude customer service I had Kendyl Canty as my car salesperson. She was rude to me and would barely answer questions regarding the car I was purchasing. It was more of a ta I had Kendyl Canty as my car salesperson. She was rude to me and would barely answer questions regarding the car I was purchasing. It was more of a take it or leave it thing. Since I needed a car and the car was very affordable I did decide to purchase regardless. In any other situation, I would have walked out. The car had a quarter of a tank and she told me that since the car had "almost half a tank" they would not "allow her" to put gas in the car. We know this not to be true as our family has purchased many cars from this lot. It was not a great experience at all but since this is the first time this has happened, I would return to this dealership. I just would not work with Kendyl again. More
