We were in a really tricky situation with an unreliable, but sentimental car. I am so glad I called and got Ms.Awesome as our sales woman! Friendly, very busy, which can make you feel rushed. I needed my tint installed, camera re-installed, and side moulding installed. I was waiting to do all three at once, and was waiting for a call that I needed my tint installed, camera re-installed, and side moulding installed. I was waiting to do all three at once, and was waiting for a call that the moulding was in. I never got a call and didn’t know the moulding was in until I called to get the tint and camera done. I got all three services done, and had my rental. I also explained I was having trouble using the camera. The tech took the time to print the directions for me. When I picked up my car. The tech with whom I have been communicating about my vehicle wasn’t available. I understand as it is a busy location. The tech who checked me out was very quick. She handed my paperwork pointed to where I could go get my car. Before I could ask any follow up questions (how long before I could roll down my windows because of the new tint, did I need to wait to go into a car wash because of the newly installed moulding, do I communicate with the original tech for all future service appointments), she was already on the phone. I felt very rushed. On my way home, I noticed several fingerprints on my back window and the rear camera is tilted. I was very frustrated at this point and continued home. More
