All I can say is, ATTENTION ALL YOU JEEP SHOPPERS STOP AND SHOP AT BRUBAKERS. The answer ( yes or No ) that doesn't mean, I would like to buy right away, I told them, let me think over night, I will be back, they won't let you go, they tried to make so many an excuse, and forth me to buy right away, if there is any one out there try to buy the car, DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALER. They are all trash, I asked so many questions, they really don't want to explain, because, they do NOT want to spent time with the customer, ALSO, I hope someone out there, if they can't read this message, please forward to government, if possibility have some kind of law involve, if every future happen, to protect the buyer, and they also very cheap, they leave the empty gas tank for you, they do not care, the day I picked my car, I see that, but because, they are trash, so I DON'T WANT TO SAY ANYTHING, if believed they are trash, why I have to questions or said anything else, SO I CAN BE TRASH LIKE THEM More

I expected the process for resolving this to take months and many visits to the shop, but after only two visits (to confirm oil consumption) the service tech and advisor here were able to get the warranty to supply a replacement engine. Accounting for the warranty cost, this saved me about $3600. I definitely recommend the service department at Brubaker. More

You can't trust these guys To make a long story short - I bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee at Brubaker because they quoted me the best price. Unfortunately, when I went and signed the contract, it went from a 72 month to an 84 month financing deal, but the same monthly payments. So they royally scammed me on the deal. Sadly, I did not read the fine print and signed the contract, only finding out a month later once I was making payments to the bank. My salesperson was no longer in sales, so I tried to contact a second salesperson. But of course, since I had a problem rather than a need, I didn't even get a callback. I stopped in to the dealership to talk with their sales manager, and told him the situation. I acknowledged that I was at fault for signing, and just asking for any sort of satisfaction, and he told me he would look into the situation and get back to me. Guess what - never heard back from him either. So this dealership as zero integrity, zero concern for their customer satisfaction, and they are only concerned with taking your money, however unethical it may be. Do yourself a favor and go over to Susquehanna Jeep or Hondru and save yourself a headache. More

Never paid our trade in off We traded in a VW Beetle Conv. for a Chrysler minivan in August 2016. So after a month in the new vehicle, we get a delinquent bill and phone calls We traded in a VW Beetle Conv. for a Chrysler minivan in August 2016. So after a month in the new vehicle, we get a delinquent bill and phone calls from VW saying we are behind on payments. How can that be we traded it for a new car, Turns out Brubaker never paid off the loan or turned the vehicle in. It was still on their lot. O.K. things happen, we call Brubaker they immediately take the vehicle to VW and turn it in, and tell us with VW Credit on the phone they were paying it off. Fast Forward to November 10, 2016 now three months later,, Guess what! another letter comes from VW now affecting our credit because we haven't made a payment in 3 months. Unacceptable! this now affects us personally. So more phone calls and emails to Brubaker, Finally Receiving a call from the Dealer, no other follow thru from anybody, we had to initiate and follow thru. Unbelievable. In a world of customer service, this is our experience. Never again Brubaker, you've lost a customer for life. More

Or took it back to the dealership for that matter. After having to call and complain, they finally took it to the dealership, and with the other finance company on the phone with the payoff amount promised to send a check. Here we are now three (3) months later, and surprise another late notice saying we hadn't made a payment on our traded in vehicle nor had it been paid off. How can this be, after having a vehicle traded in for three months this happens our trade in not taken care of. All we are asking for is to have our trade in and any subsequent fees paid for. is that so difficult? Never Again will we purchase a vehicle from Brubaker. So upset and having to get Chrysler Corp involved this is ridiculous. More
