Another interesting observation is how well employees seem to care for each other and how happy they seem to be working, there. Worst service department I've ever been to Two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. $103. Did not set tire pressure correctly. Did not preform and courtesy items. Left a comment at bottom of receipt low coolant, did not top off coolant or even let me know about it being low, wiper fluid not topped off. Was told they only top it off if they have left over from a paying client. Found a rubber grommet in my hood latch and have no idea where it came from. Just the worst experience at a dealership I've ever had. Will never go to this dealership for anything else. More
