Service engine light The service engine light has come on several times. We made an appointment for the dealership to find the cause of the lights. The man automatically The service engine light has come on several times. We made an appointment for the dealership to find the cause of the lights. The man automatically stated it was a software upgrade for the power steering. I asked that the codes be investigated because it will fail the PA state emissions if the light continues to display service codes. The car was left at about 8:45am(appointment was made 6 days prior when engine light was on) we expected a phone call by noon with the outcomes of the inspection. No phone call recieved. I called at 3:45 and the vehicle was just being moved in to the garage for the software update and assessment. I could pick up my car by closing time at 530pm. I again stated that I wanted the emissions codes/service engine light evaluation done. When I arrived at 530pm I was asked to sign a paper that my software upgrade was completed. I again stated my concern about the service engine light, I was assured that the software upgrade will fix my problems, if not bring the car back.i left not so happy. More
