Harassment, the second face of the dealership. II described me as a JEEP fan. I arrived the first time at Brubaker Chrysler Jeep dealership with little knowledge about owning a new car. The first f II described me as a JEEP fan. I arrived the first time at Brubaker Chrysler Jeep dealership with little knowledge about owning a new car. The first face they gave me at the place was like I arrived at heaven, all the agents with a smile on the face and " wonderful attention". It didn't take long when I was qualified for a loan and getting out of the place driving my new jeep Cherokee. After three years of my lease, I return to the place determined to keep my car and open a new contract. That's when I really realized how customers are treated the second time. This person Jeremy Stouch just because I didn't agree with the payment of the car and expressed my opinion telling him all the process was a scam, start insulting me with offensive words and kicked me out of the place. He also refused to give information about the car to the bank where I found a better deal. Just because I expressed my opinion as an American citizen. He was unprofessional and not recommend to anyone, especially if you look like Hispanic and don't domain the language. He was the real face of the Brubaker Chrysler Jeep dealership. More

My wife also bought a Jeep from them and during the sale a small paint flaw repair turned into a fiasco that wasn’t fixed properly. More
