When we went to pick it up, Geoffery showed us all the features and how they worked and even drove us to the service department. I got screwed I went in for an alternator replacement. Frank was really nice and he had more customer skills than anyone else in the dealership. I didn't get a quote before the work got done, I was charged for 2.5 hours of work, and the cost of the work completely wiped out my banking account. They didn't care and they didn't understand how much I needed that money. I used to go to other dealerships and they would normally recommend other ways to solve the problem. I wasn't going to pay $130 just for a diagnosis that I got at Advance Auto Parts for free.. I was a first time and last time customer. No one even cared about that. More

Good service and friendly and knowledgable crew. I was there for state inspection, oil change, and electronic sensing issue. As always, my car was taken into the shop soon after I arrived and the oi I was there for state inspection, oil change, and electronic sensing issue. As always, my car was taken into the shop soon after I arrived and the oil change and inspections were completed rather quickly. The sensing issue took a bit longer but eventually the issue was identified and corrected. Frank always came out to the waiting area to discuss the issues and costs prior to moving ahead without my approval. More
