"We could have saved you more money, but didn't" When I bought my jeep, the sales guy basically told me I was saving money over another dealership. He said I qualified for a few different discounts When I bought my jeep, the sales guy basically told me I was saving money over another dealership. He said I qualified for a few different discounts and as long as I signed by the end of the month, I was good to go. He was so anxious to have me sign, he told me I could bring the down payment/taxes check after the weekend- just sign and get on the road. When I came back with the paperwork, I was expecting him to tell me that he was going to be able to refund back about half the check I was handing him. He wasn't there to talk to- but on the phone he later told me that he talked to his manager, and that since I signed for the price on the agreement, it was all set and could not be altered. Even talked to the GM about it, and he apologized but offered no other consolidations. When I gave them a poor review later that month on the post sale survey, the sales guy TEXTED ME "Thanks for the review, I could've have saved you more money, but didn't". I sent that to his manager, and again the manager just sang his accolades. Its just another dealership only concerned about pushing cars out the door. I have bought 4 cars since then, none from this dealer. More

They got my Jeep in the same day that I broke down, called me with updates, pricing The entire experience in dealing with Brubaker Service was great. Kind and helpful Geoff was not pushy at all. He answered all of my questions, and constantly asked if I wanted to see anything else, or had any questions. They prepare Geoff was not pushy at all. They prepared all the documents ahead of time, and walked me through everything they were asking me to sign. When it came to financing they were relentless in getting me a great rate. I brought my own financing, and they were able to beat it by .15%. I will certainly come back for future purchases. More
