They are honest, no sales talk, and treat you with respect (like you were a family member or friend). (This is also the only dealership I have visited with a female salesperson.) The dealership was able to quickly secure a car for me. They honor their online quotes and had one of the lowest prices around (only one other dealership out of ten had a comparable price to Bristol and their service was horrible). It is an enormous convenience to me to have service hours available after 5:00 pm.
