My experience with Bristol Toyota was great! I was considering a new car purchase because of the great end of year prices, incentives and financing going on. I wasn't convinced it was the right time for me though. Brian was very friendly and patient in explaining the options in vehicles and the possible payments. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful but not pushy or agressive, which I greatly appreciated. Brian took the time to work with my busy schedule and accommodate my needs. Went by the dealership on a Sunday and walked around the lot. We noted the vin numbers of a few trucks I was interested in and then went home and looked up the vehicles online. I send an enquiry to the internet sales manager Barbara Azevedo on two vehicles I was interested in test driving. I was pleasantly surprised to get an immediate response from Barbara and went to the dealership Monday evening. I was then handed on to Dawn Wellington who helped with the test drives and helped complete the transaction. Overall my wife and I had a very pleaseant hassle free experience and will definitely be back when it comes time to trade in our Sienna. David Armitage More

All the employees we've dealt with have been extremely friendly and professional. Both my wife and I have dealt with Steve Blakely in sales and will not be happy if he retires. The other sales staff have been equally as kind and professional. As for the service department I would like to compliment Dave and Stephanie for being fantastic at their jobs and I honestly do look forward to expecting them there when we service out Tacoma and Rav. This was my first car purchasing experience and I cannot recommend Buddy (or his manager Bruce) highly enough. They even assisted me with finding car insurance. Far from being pushy, Buddy was friendly, approachable, understanding and patient with my concerns. I recommend this dealership without any hesitation to anyone who is looking to buy an excellent car without the headaches. As an aside, I dealt with Fox Toyota prior to coming to Bristol, and they were quite the opposite: pushy (3 calls within an hour on a Saturday morning). When you call for a simple oil change they tell you about all the other things that need to be fixed or changed. Then again when you drop the car off they ask you again if you'd like the extra's.
