I have dealt with Bristol Toyota for over 20 years. Excellent service keeps me coming back. In my opinion the Service Dept. is always on the front line. It may take a few hours to purchase a car but Excellent service keeps me coming back. In my opinion the Service Dept. is always on the front line. It may take a few hours to purchase a car but it takes 4 or more years to maintain it. Dave Anderson through the years has demonstrated that he is dependable, honest, professional & extremely knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles. I appreciate the convenience that this dealership has to offer when it comes to service. I usually call up at the last minute to schedule a maintenance appointment & they have always taken me in when I WANT TO COME in! My car gets repaired in a timely fashion & Dave always calls to let me know what's wrong, the cost and would I like to repair it. I appreciate him keeping in touch with me so while I'm at work I need not think about my car. Thanks for the continuous great service. Dave Anderson is a great asset to the dealship. More

Then I spoke to the internet manager, Barbara Avezedo and set up an appointment with Julian. The next day I met Julian, drove the corolla, agreed on a price, and bought a new car. It was a very easy purchase. The dealership is staffed with friendly, attentive people. I had to have a tire replaced because I hit a pot hole which split the tire. I had an appointment and it was replaced in no time at all. Great dealership. More

I have dealt with Steve Blakelee for my last two cars and wanted to work with him again. Unfortunately he was out because of a work-related injury but when I contacted him, he agreed to come in and meet me wanted to work with him again. Unfortunately he was out because of a work-related injury but when I contacted him, he agreed to come in and meet me despite his injury. He gave the staff permission to give me his cell phone and home phone and we set up a time to meet that was convenient to me. I would never deal with any other dealership or salesperson. It was obvious that the sales team at Bristol Toyota works as a team because they were able to help us because he was unable to write because of his broken arm. More

We had visited all the local Toyota dealerships to lease a new Camry (we had a 4 Runner whose lease was expiring). Bristol turned out to be the best, not only in terms of price, but in terms of the quality a new Camry (we had a 4 Runner whose lease was expiring). Jesse, our salesman, was great....no high pressure and he knew the product and services extremely well. We also met Brian, the Finance Manager, and had a similar experience with him. Having leased two vehicles at a time for the past 20 years, we've had the occasion to go through this process quite a few times. Some turned out to be good experiences, some were not so good. I have been a loyal customer of Bristol Toyota since 1995 when I purchased my first Corolla. I had 319,000 miles on my Corolla and it was time to purchase a used/new vehicle. I went to Bristol Toyota to purc when I purchased my first Corolla. I had 319,000 miles on my Corolla and it was time to purchase a used/new vehicle. I went to Bristol Toyota to purchase a "used" Corolla that I checked out on their website. I called them that day and made an appointment to see Jesse/Sales that night. He was able to get me into a "new" Corolla (6 miles) that was close to the price of the "used" (8,000 miles) that I was looking at. I purchased the vehicle that night and delivery was the following night after work. When I got the car home that night, I noticed there was a minor dent in the hood. I called the Sales Mgr immediately and he advised me to bring the vehicle in the following day so they could look at it. They inspected the damage and made an appointment for me to bring the car in to have their "dent specialist" remove the dent. To my amazement, it was removed and you CANNOT tell that the dent was ever there. I'm totally happy with the service/support that I have received from the Sales Dept. and I already know and expect the same service/support from their Repair Dept. for years to come. More
