Negotiations on price were spirited, fair and entertaining. Bristol and we agreed on a price in the middle the next morning. We saw the car on Tuesday; paid for it on Wednesday; took delivery on Friday. They handled everything, including the vehicle registration, very professionally and in a timely manner. We had a very good telephone experience with Bristol Toyota last year when shopping for a car. I knew we would go back to them again, and the purchase experience this year was everything we could have wanted. We gave "only" a 4 rating for price because we cannot be absolutely sure Bristol has the lowest prices. But everything else about the dealership was exceptional. Therefore, any slight premium on price is worth the quality of care, value and service we received with the transaction. More
