When you call for a simple oil change they tell you about all the other things that need to be fixed or changed. Then again when you drop the car off they ask you again if you'd like the extra's. This dealership is large enough to have the inventory and service shop to take care of all your needs but is small enough to make you feel like family. I even tested them (as I do everyone) by asking a few questions I already knew the answer to see what kind of response I would get. If I had to buy another Toyota today, I would still shop around a bit, but I'm pretty sure I would end up at Bristol again and I would definitely recommend this dealer to others. More

I WAS FOLLOWING THE NEWS AT THE TIME, AND IT SAID THAT MY VEH NEEDED A RECALL, SO I WHENT TO A DEALER AND THEY SAID THAT I DID NOT HAVE A RECALL. THREE WEEKS LATER I WHENT TO BRISTOL TOYOTA AND ASKED THE SER VEH NEEDED A RECALL, SO I WHENT TO A DEALER AND THEY SAID THAT I DID NOT HAVE A RECALL. THREE WEEKS LATER I WHENT TO BRISTOL TOYOTA AND ASKED THE SERVICE WRITER IF MY VEH HAD A RECALL, AND SAID YES, AND IF I WANTED MY RECALL DONE NOW, AND I SAID YES. My most recent service was covered under my extended warranty and there was no problem. A few years ago I had a bad experience with another car manufacturer's extended warranty and was expecting an "ar warranty and there was no problem. A few years ago I had a bad experience with another car manufacturer's extended warranty and was expecting an "argument", but that did not even happen, not even close. I did not purchase my 2004 Corolla at Bristol, but have been going there for service for about 4+ years now and always had good experiences. More
