I WAS FOLLOWING THE NEWS AT THE TIME, AND IT SAID THAT MY VEH NEEDED A RECALL, SO I WHENT TO A DEALER AND THEY SAID THAT I DID NOT HAVE A RECALL. THREE WEEKS LATER I WHENT TO BRISTOL TOYOTA AND ASKED THE SER VEH NEEDED A RECALL, SO I WHENT TO A DEALER AND THEY SAID THAT I DID NOT HAVE A RECALL. THREE WEEKS LATER I WHENT TO BRISTOL TOYOTA AND ASKED THE SERVICE WRITER IF MY VEH HAD A RECALL, AND SAID YES, AND IF I WANTED MY RECALL DONE NOW, AND I SAID YES. My most recent service was covered under my extended warranty and there was no problem. A few years ago I had a bad experience with another car manufacturer's extended warranty and was expecting an "ar warranty and there was no problem. They were helpful in every way possible. But most of all provided me with a better deal than a different dealership. They were willing to learn and understand about my wants and needs; and then later respon provided me with a better deal than a different dealership.
