I WAS FOLLOWING THE NEWS AT THE TIME, AND IT SAID THAT MY VEH NEEDED A RECALL, SO I WHENT TO A DEALER AND THEY SAID THAT I DID NOT HAVE A RECALL. THREE WEEKS LATER I WHENT TO BRISTOL TOYOTA AND ASKED THE SER VEH NEEDED A RECALL, SO I WHENT TO A DEALER AND THEY SAID THAT I DID NOT HAVE A RECALL. THREE WEEKS LATER I WHENT TO BRISTOL TOYOTA AND ASKED THE SERVICE WRITER IF MY VEH HAD A RECALL, AND SAID YES, AND IF I WANTED MY RECALL DONE NOW, AND I SAID YES. My most recent service was covered under my extended warranty and there was no problem. A few years ago I had a bad experience with another car manufacturer's extended warranty and was expecting an "ar warranty and there was no problem. I did not purchase my 2004 Corolla at Bristol, but have been going there for service for about 4+ years now and always had good experiences. More
They were helpful in every way possible. But most of all provided me with a better deal than a different dealership. They were willing to learn and understand about my wants and needs; and then later respon provided me with a better deal than a different dealership.
