No hassles! Everything was also extremely quick... I had my new suv the next night and they took care of EVERYTHING! Being able to see my options online before coming to the dealership allowed me to think my purchase options through. And I got a GREAT price. Paula Fragata, a gold mine of Toyota knowledge, found a way to get me the exact car I wanted sooner than I expected. Ana Teves simplified all my financial and vehicle transfer tasks, which initially seemed daunting, so that my two-car transaction was completed without any snags or delays. And, finally, Julian Schwartz did a masterful job of introducing me to my new Prius in a way that completely demystified my first hybrid. Even though I don’t expect to need a lot of service, the friendly and efficient Bristol Toyota service department, where my Sienna goes, will be where I will take my Prius. This was just the best possible experience I could have gotten and I had gone to other dealerships before Paula sold me the car of my dreams! She was like magic to work with- warm, experienced, knowledgea gotten and I had gone to other dealerships before Paula sold me the car of my dreams! She was like magic to work with- warm, experienced, knowledgeable, patient, honest and thorough. Not only that, but she has such passion for the Toyota products and service, and also such respect for her fellow co-workers- she really defies the stereotypes. I found all of the employees I spoke with to be similarly concerned that I had a most positive experience and assured confidence about purchasing a car from Bristol Toyota. Lynda Ramsy was superb. Barbara was direct, helpful, and efficient. Brian helped my nine-year old with her homework while I learned and made the transaction, and another gentleman gave me such fatherly advice about credit card issues. My husband was out of town, but instead of feeling vulnerable in a situation of buying a new car on my own, these people took me under their wings to make sure I got what I was looking for and then some. But Paula was the best of all! She picked me up from my house the next day, escorted me to the bank, gave me the most patient and charming tour of the vehicle- always making time for me and caring that I understood all the functions and new technology on my new car. That was amazing, because it is a brand new model and some of these advancements she had only read about, it being the first car of that ilk on their lot. She certainly did her homework. She has also promised to look into getting snow tires for my vehicle since the Prius tires lack a little in traction to increase milage performance. I really liked that she admitted that weakness of the car in winter and respected my concern for safety over just glossing over any issues to get me to sign. As far as price goes, they matched that of another dealership and charged me less overall on some of the extras. She even had me come in the following day for more tutorials since I had a tight schedule on the day of purchase, feeling it was important that I know how to maneuver it and take advantage of all the bells and whistles right away, which I appreciated. I will definitely service my car there even though it is a tiny bit out of my way, since I am sure I will receive wonderful treatment and look forward to seeing all the friends I made there. A most positive and amazing experience, and I even got the car I had been longing for for so long- down to every detail! I will definitely tell my friends to go to Bristol Toyota! More

I had went to Toyota about 1 month prior to buying my new car and I wanted to have her help me which she did and listened to what I was looking for and what I needed and we made the deal of my purchasing my new car which I absolutely love, so I want to say thank you so much Paula for all your help you were a joy to deal with and very patient with me, I will definitely tell all my friends to come see you. Julian introduced us to Bruce Szumita, Manager of Bristol Toyota, and the staff as they make us feel like "family". They really made the process very quick and easy. We could not be happier with this purchase and we are looking forward to the contiuned customer service from Bristol Toyota. I would highly recommend Bristol Toyota to anyone. My wife and I were returning customers. The Internet Manager, Barbara was terrific. However, after we test drove a RAV4 (that the Branch Manager was using) we agreed on a sale price with our salesman, Manager, Barbara was terrific. Then Dan, the Floor Manager stepped in, gave us the run-around and jacked the price up another three-hundred dollars, even after we noted that the vehicle had over 3,000 more miles than advertised. If you want honesty and fairness go somewhere else!!! More
