Dear fopdad, We are very sorry for any miscommunication on our part and do thank you for filling out DealerRater to let us know how you felt. While corresponding and speaking with you we relayed that the vehicle was a demo and was being driven which meant the miles would unfortunately be higher than when the vehicle was listed online. The figures that we showed when you came in was our cost. We asked for 300.00 over our cost. Again, we apologize if the perception was anything other which unfortunately it seems to have been. This is most regrettable. We value your business so much. We wanted to be fair as well as open by showing the actual cost asking for a small profit. As a President’s Award winner for 23 years we have to hold to a certain criteria and we are very sorry that you feel as you do. We hope that you will reconsider and do ask that you call to speak with Bruce our General Manager anytime at 401-253-2100. Barbara is always available to you through email as well as her personal cell and she thanks you for the sincere compliment. We do hope to hear from you!
