Visited a bigger dealership but didn't get a better price I've done a lot of business with Bristol Toyota over the years. I always feel like I am getting a fair deal. I had some time before my lease expired I've done a lot of business with Bristol Toyota over the years. I always feel like I am getting a fair deal. I had some time before my lease expired so I went to visit another Toyota dealership. I was told they would be the lowest price but Bristol was able to match their bottom line. Doesn't make sense to go anywhere else if they can offer the same deals in town. More

Its very clean, looks like a new truck and the process of purchase is very easy with this dealership. JR Rocha has now sold me 3 vehicles and i cannot see myself dealing with anyone else. He is very professional and respectful, answers all questions regarding vehicle and finance, meets all needs at time of purchase and he makes the process very easy. I know whenever i go there to buy a vehicle JR is going to make the deal work to what i want. He is also the only salesman i know to check on the buyer AFTER they purchased the vehicle to make sure they are happy. That says alot about his professionalism and experience. Don't buy an "off brand" car from them The salesman was great. The sales staff, F&I guy, even the receptionist was great. My negative experience comes from the way they handled the situation when my (new to me) car broke down less than 36 hours after driving it off their lot, leaving me and my child on the side of a busy street in the early morning rush hour. Being from out of state I couldn't feasibly tow it back to them and had to get it towed and repaired locally, which I paid for up front. Because I am in the automotive business, I even got it repaired at wholesale price. After weeks of phone calls (mainly by me calling them and them not returning) and faxing the bills to them twice upon request to 2 different people, they finally offered me half of the repair bill. I had to threaten legal action for them to increase it and I "settled" for two thirds of the total cost of what I had to spend to get my car back on the road less than two days after purchase. I understand I didn't buy a new car but TWO DAYS AFTER PURCHASE? The right thing to do would have been "I'm terribly sorry this happened. What can we do to make it right?" Instead I got arguments, phone calls not returned, passed around to different managers, and after a month finally got to settle on a price because I just wanted to move on. More

Everyone was very pleasant and they all seem to really enjoy working at Bristol. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone who wants a great sales experience and a great deal on a vehicle. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for and I am very happy wii my RAV 4. More
John Gomes is the reason I returned to Bristol Toyota My first visit to Bristol Toyota was February 2012, I leased a Rav4. Mr. Gomes really listened to me and found me the vehicle I kept for 3 years. Mr Gomes was patient, informative, kind and helped me understand the lease process. When I returned this week Mr. Gomes had the day off. I was given a different salesman. He did not listen to my request and I left disatisfied. Due to my loyalty to Bristol Toyota I did return and once again Mr. Gomes was there, he listened made me feel comfortable, explained the changes in the Rav4 and found me the perfect Rav4 for me to lease. I can honestly say if it wasn't for Mr. Gomes I would have gone with another dealership. He is an asset to your company and should be recognized for his knowledge and customer satisfaction. More
