2016 New Car Purchase - Replacing 2002 Highlander Excellent sales experiences in 2002 and now 2016 left me a dedicated Bristol Toyota buyer. I came in with a particular car in mind. I even had the VIN from the inventory on the website. Jes found the specific car on the lot and arranged the test drive without trying to steer me into a more expensive or complicated deal. We negotiated quickly engaging Paul Little to drive the value out of the deal I required and the dealership could accept. I did not go in with the intention of signing a deal that day. I intended to wait for President's Day sale. Jes cleared up that misunderstanding letting me know there would be no need to wait because the Highlander rarely goes into those sales promotions and asked simply where I expected to get to on a price. Then he and Paul worked the numbers to get us there and I signed the deal within three hours. I am the happy owner of a brand new Highlander XLE and enjoying its safety and security for the remainder of this lovely New England winter. More

In our latest visit in January 2016 our regular salesman JR rocha was out with another customer so jimmy lane offered to help us in his absence. Jimmy was a pleasure to deal with and made the transition to our new vehicle run very smoothly. We were also happy to be able to meet the owner of Bristol Toyota since he happened to be in the dealership that day because they were moving from Bristol to Swansea that weekend. JR and Toyota's Product brought us Back! My wife and I started our car search several months back. One of our first visits was to the then Bristol Toyota Scion in Bristol Rhode Island. My wife and I started our car search several months back. One of our first visits was to the then Bristol Toyota Scion in Bristol Rhode Island. It was a rainy day that was brought to life by a great discussion with JR, a Sales Associate with Bristol Toyota. We told JR we were in the early stages of our search and needed a great deal of assistance. For the next hour, JR proceeded to answer all the questions on my wife's list. He was amazingly clear and to the point. He understood the Toyota Products and conveyed that quite clearly to my wife and I. He understood we were in the looking stages and he was there to guide us without the pressure. The visit with JR and Bristol Toyota stayed with us for the next few months. Fast forward----After visits to several different dealerships and road testing numerous cars, a decision was made to return to Bristol Toyota and JR. What a great move on our part! Discussions on all aspects of a purchase proceeded from that point forward. With JR's continued assistance an agreement was reached to purchase a Toyota Highlander. The Highlander had all the comforts my wife wanted in a new car. She has finally downsized from her numerous Vans. The last being a Toyota Sienna, remarkable car, with 213,000 miles. I did all my homework looking at KBB and Edmunds, checking prices in the area and throughout the US and quickly found two choices at Bristol Toyota Scion. The process went very quickly and the Sales Rep, Steve Axtell was great. I went in prepared and he was able to answer my questions. I was very happy with the whole process from looking, to test drive to deposit and finally purchase and pick-up. Would only use Bristol Toyota again in the future and would recommend them to family and friends. More
