He was also extremely helpful with the ensuing purchase of my Avalon. His assistance with explanation of various features that I was not familiar with made the transition easy. I am, however, disappointed with the prep of the car prior to delivery. Several areas had not been completly cleaned of the white plastic shipping material. Some areas on the lower level of the exterior had not been cleaned well, inluding the area at the rear of the car where a protective decal can be place if purchased. I have purchased or leased five Avalons prior to this purchase and never had a complaint about the delivery preparations. This includes a prior purchase at Bristol Toyota year ago. More
