Completely rushed and sent away without even letting me spea Tried bringing my avalanche in for a trade to get a mini van for the wife. As I entered a man calling for me from behind ask if i needed something. I tried explaining I wanted someone to appraise my vehicle I was shopping for a van. The man proceeds to ask me to take a van for a ride which I replied it was going to be for my wife she could drive it. He then says why don't you look up Kelly blue book and find out your value and come back when your ready to take one of our vehicles for a ride. I never said I wasn't ready to buy the van. Actually that's the reason I pulled in. This man instantly wanted to control the situation to come to his own conclusions. When my wife pulled into the dealership from work I was going to let her drive the vehicle home. I was only asking to get the appraisal part of the trade in process started because we have young children and wanted to save a Lil stress. Maybe this guy shouldn't be working there if he's in a rush. I work for the hotel industry and this was Cleary poor professionalism which led directly to loss of buisness!! More
