After going back and forth with our decision at a late date, after Paul started the car locate process for the color of the Prius V that we wanted. When We decided that the RAV4 hybrid was a better fit for us, there was no issue. Paul was very resilient and responsive, Marina Has incredible communication skills, and made buying EASY for us. I sold my personal vehicle 2 days before the RAV4 arrived and they were so kind to provide me with a loaner! Who does that!?! When the RAV4 hybrid arrived I was so impressed by Marina's service!
