I don’t live locally enough to use the service department so I cannot comment on that but the waiting area is spacious and pretty. They even had a quiet room and I saw someone using their laptop to presumably work. Nice touch in the remote work era. More

I was hoping to have a wonderful experience, and purchase future cars here, but that won’t be happening. I am wildly disappointed in the customer service I received. I bought a ( used ) Camry. Had some mino future cars here, but that won’t be happening. I am wildly disappointed in the customer service I received. I bought a ( used ) Camry. Had some minor issues to be addressed. The dealership had my car for an entire month and did not fix the issue. Communication was poor, and I had to chase people to find out why the car I only drove for a week before I brought it to them to be ‘repaired’. Further, when I finally got my car back, the issues were NOT fixed, and for some reason my car had about 60 extra miles on it. No explanation about that, despite asking. I would strongly recommend finding another Toyota dealer. I love my Toyota, but this dealership’s service and communication were lackluster at best, and that’s me being polite. I didn’t buy a brand new Lexus, but still took a loan for over 20k. Just feels like it wasn’t enough for a little respect. Seriously, find another Toyota dealership. More
