My Dry Rotted Tire Experience with Mr.Ron Mathieu I went to do an independent tire rotation on my vehicle I purchased 3 months ago...The professional at the place I went to refused to rotate my tires I went to do an independent tire rotation on my vehicle I purchased 3 months ago...The professional at the place I went to refused to rotate my tires starting they were no good...DRY ROT..all 4 tires...he also stated no way this would've never passed inspection...(I had inspection done when I purchased the vehicle by the d[ealership)..This is a CERTIFIED VEHICLE...was on guarantee checklist... when I arrived Mr Mathieu called me into his office space... when I explained he..asked who sold me the vehicle... when I told him he rudely stated He would be right back with Bob Medeiros so he and I could have a conversation about tires!! as he barreled out of his office....this made me very upset causing me to embarrass myself and make a scene...HE THEN ASKED ME TO LEAVE HIS OFFICE HE WAS BUSY...I immediately left and went to front desk where I was then properly assisted....and they did put new tires after some run around...The thing that bothered me most is Mr.Matieu stated that I was acting as though he sold me the car then practically threw me out of his office...I STATED TO HIM THE HE IS A REPRESENTATIVE OF TOYOTA...This kind of behavior should be unacceptable from a team orientated company...I hope the rectify this...wow...I won't ever go there for service ...6 More

The entire staff are professional, attentive and explain each process and expected cost. They take the time to answer questions and ensure I understand what is needed and what is optional. Recently I had an issue and was invited to come right in, although they were busy, and they were able to quickly address my concern and fix it. Lastly, they do not try to sell you some service you do not need!! More
