Nick We believe strongly in our customer service and always do our best to help out.  As we discussed when you were here, when you dropped your lease off you needed your headrests, and as you acknowledged  you did received a follow up call from us in regards to you bringing them in so you would not be charged by Toyota. Unfortunately bringing them in over a month later, and Toyota already having sold your old vehicle, as much as we would like to help it is simply too late. As always we do value your business and willing to help out with anything we can in the future.

This is 100% incorrect. Bristol Toyota does not care about customer service, they care about commission and sales. I personally reached out to your dealership the day after I returned the lease about the missing headrests which were in my possession and I wanted to return them. I never heard a follow-up or a sense of urgency and my vehicle registration was unexpectedly mailed to me. Bristol Toyota also said they'll "take care of my mileage overage" only if I got a new leased vehicle from them. There was zero mention of the tax that would be billed to me for the mileage overage. I only found all this out yesterday when I received my bill, 1 month later, for $1500 worth of headrests and $400 in taxes. I'm now paying 700/mo for a leased vehicle! I RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! (The dozens of fruit flies in my coffee were a whole different story, but people should know before they get to the bottom of the cup.)

I am disappointed to read your review about our dealership. I can understand your frustration about the disposition fee charged by Toyota Financial Services. This is a charge assessed by TFS at lease end if you do not purchase or lease a new vehicle again. In your case, you purchased a used vehicle so your disposition fee could not be waived. We did agree to make your remaining lease payments, which we did. I do agree that the explanation of the disposition fee and the reason for its charge should have been made much earlier. We will use your unfortunate experience to improve our communication with customers moving forward.
