I prequalified for a loan. Reached out to this facility to inquire about a vehicle listed online that I wanted to pursue. Three days later someone responded saying the vehicle Reached out to this facility to inquire about a vehicle listed online that I wanted to pursue. Three days later someone responded saying the vehicle was under contract. Maybe if you didn't wait three days I would have had a chance. Now I see the vehicle a week later still listed online. Its called bait and switch which is illegal in this state. I feel inclined to report this facility for practicing bait and switch. More

My car purchase was not as smooth as I hoped. I was not told well in advance that I had to have a certified bank check vice a personal check, so had to take more time out from work and a lost day I was not told well in advance that I had to have a certified bank check vice a personal check, so had to take more time out from work and a lost day to get my car. Also seemed that some folks had test drove my car in the meantime. The car was also full of pollen when I picked it up. Had to take it to the car wash myself. More
