Toyota of Bristol is a clean and comfortable facility. They have a great selection of new and used autos. The staff is helpful and at no time did i feel pressured to make a purchase if any kind. Sales and Finance staff were friendly. There weren’t many cars available for sale, but I don’t think that’s necessarily their fault. The only complaints I’d have are: 1) they told me they There weren’t many cars available for sale, but I don’t think that’s necessarily their fault. The only complaints I’d have are: 1) they told me they were putting some gas in the car…only filled it up to 3/4 tank. For such a large purchase, I think they could have afforded to fill the tank completely. 2) other than the texts I received to review the dealership, no one has actually reached out to see how things are going (I’m now 8 days past the sales date).
