Won't honor ext warranty they sold me I purchased a 72mon/125k mile extended warranty for a used vehicle in 2011. My signed contract says it expires is 9/2017 however Brighton Ford says it I purchased a 72mon/125k mile extended warranty for a used vehicle in 2011. My signed contract says it expires is 9/2017 however Brighton Ford says it doesn't matter what my signed contract says, they say their records are correct and wouldn't honor the extended warranty. Bought a used vehicle, the salesman assured me they had the best mechanics check out their used vehicles before they put them on the lot. The vehicle I purchased had a couple problems i noticed off the bat that they promised to fix for me. Days after buying the car I took it back to them for the work they promised to fix (clunking sound in tire, rear park assist maintenance needed, steering wheel was shaky), they had it for two weeks! Never called me for an update, the salesman nor the manager would ever call me back. Got my vehicle back two weeks later, nothing was fixed but they put new tires on it for me....OK? That wasn't even an issue, oh and I filled the vehicle up with gas on my way to drop it off to them I gave it to them and received it back with about quarter tank hmmm...took it to another dealership because I purchased the Ford extended warranty plan. They came up with over $5,000 in repairs, I've only had this vehicle three months at this point. Not only that but extended warranty wouldn't even cover my rear transfer case leaking because they spoke with the manager at Brighton Ford who told them this was a pre-existing issue....THEY NEVER MENTIONED THAT TO ME! And they still won't return my calls at Brighton Ford...shady shady company with shady people working their...specifically Manager George Haas...Horrible service, horrible management...once they get your signature you become just another number to them More

The real reason is that the guaranteed loan I came with did not allow for inflated pricing and had to be Blue Book or NADA. The salesman tried to wrangle extra money above the $300 requirement from the loan company, to make up for the loan, and even "Demanded" I come up with a trade. The fraud part is that he had us there for 4 hours and telling us he was waiting to hear back for my loan company. When I got feed up I called them on my cell only to find he had never called them at all. I handed the phone to him and he said: "I.'I..'I'm sorry I though for sure the fiance manger had called them" really..what a crock. Bottom line they left a bad taste in my mouth and no more Ford dealers for me, just on principle More
George Hawes is unprofessional I called to tell them I was sold a lemon. It has been in for repair multiple times, still in now and they can't even tell me when it will be fixed. First and last ford I will ever buy...GM...all vehicles now recalled ...and everyone still screaming buy American. When the big 3 can produce a quality vehicle and treat customers with respect even AFTER the sale is done...maybe then they will see a turnaround. Salesman was great ... service stinks Summary: I have purchased over a dozen new cars in the past 15 years. These 2 new cars were the dirtiest new cars I've ever been given the keys to! Summary: I have purchased over a dozen new cars in the past 15 years. These 2 new cars were the dirtiest new cars I've ever been given the keys to! Details: We bought 2 new cars within a month of each other from Brighton Ford. Our Salesman John Bradbury is great but Brighton Ford's service department is not so great. Our first car was delivered to us dirty in the interior. There was dirt ground into the pedals and a little in the carpet on the driver side. Worst of all it had dark dust and smears in the interior near the headliner. Like it sat with the windows open for too long and was never cleaned. John Bradbury made service clean it again though while we waited. Our second car was delivered dirty as well but this time much worse. Crumbs in the cup holder, scuff marks on the center console and again dirt ground into the floor driver side pedal area. There were even crumbs mashed between the panels in the center console! The windows were dirtier than my used car I traded! No joke. I don't know how a new car dealer can manage to get smudges all over the windows of a new vehicle. We also had a minor repair to an electric folding seat which required our new car to be brought in for service. The service department was not friendly. There was even a guy who sat at his desk and ignored me. When someone asked him to help me he said, "I'm outta here, I can't". Luckily a newer, younger kid came along and helped me. John Bradbury told me to tell Kelli about our experiences when she called. I did. I explained it fully to her. She told me a manager/owner would be contacting me to see what they can do. Nobody called. Brighton Ford will never see our business again. They will never see our vehicles again either. But I do hope they see this review and know the consumer will see this as well anywhere I can copy/paste it. P.S. I also have proof your service didn't clean my car well at all. I found something very valuable under the passenger seat a week or so later. I'm assuming it belongs to me since it came with the car. More

I told JC what I was looking for in a vehicle and he found me exactly t I recently purchased a vehicle from Brighton Ford, JC Soloman was my salesman. I told JC what I was looking for in a vehicle and he found me exactly that! Highly recommend him. Their service department is great and is willing to go the extra mile to help in any way that they can to make sure you're a satisfied customer. Dissastisfied Customer I am a dissatisfied customer. I had work performed on my vehicle in the service department at Brighton Ford. I now have an issue with the car that was I am a dissatisfied customer. I had work performed on my vehicle in the service department at Brighton Ford. I now have an issue with the car that wasn't even a problem when I brought the car in. I have taken the car back twice and the issue is still unresolved. I was told that the issue could cost between $200-300 for them to fix it, but again the problem didn't start until I got the vehicle back from them the first time. When I tried to voice my concerns to the service manager Rex about it. He was cold and not compassionate and barely made eye contact with me when I told him that I wasn't satisfied and I wouldn't be bringing my vehicle back. He acted like he didn't even care and he had better things to do. I was so upset I left his office in tears. I wish I would have never taken my vehicle to Brighton Ford Service Department. I now have to take my vehicle somewhere else to get fixed properly after spending $800. I would like to say that Troy, Lisa, and the cashier gave excellent customer service and I appreciate their efforts and hard work. More
