I try and switch vehicles approx every 2 or 3 yrs and I will look for very specific vehicles up to 250 miles from my house. I cannot comment on the new car or service teams, but my experience with the entire used vehicle team at Brighton Ford ranks right up there as one of the best I have had and Todd leads the way. Trade price on my old vehicle was very good, finance rate packages were very good, very low and available from multiple sources. So, if you know what you are looking for and you have a good credit rating and record, there is no reason not to go to Brighton Ford and contact Todd. Well worth the drive! More

I have a Ford Edge which is my first Ford car that I have personally owned. I have owned a car for over 40 years. The dealership is clean, the people are friendly, and the waiting area has many amenities. personally owned. I have owned a car for over 40 years. In the waiting are, I have internet access and coffee available in comfortable surroundings. My only complaints are the cable doesn't carry any ESPN stations or the BIG network and sometimes service seems to take too long for the work done. More
We were recommended to Brighton Ford from a friend after we had a terrible sales experience at the local Hines Park Ford Dealership. We were of course a little apprehensive when we arrived since our prior Ford experience at the other dealership was so terrible but we were greatly surprised. Matt Renko was our sales guru and he did an amazing job. We got exactly what we were looking for for a great price and he was exceptional every step of the way. He completely turned our Ford prospective around and we will for sure be purchasing another vehicle from him in the future and will continue to tell how great our service was for the purchase of our new Ford F-150. We have also had our first oil change done at their service center and the service in that department is a also exceptional. Nothing but good things to say about this dealership and it's staff! At Brighton Ford, it's all about their wonderful staff. At Brighton Ford, I have experienced some of the most helpful, friendly, and gracious salespersons of any dealership I have visited in the past. In fact, I bought my Ford based on the help and friendliness of the sales person who promptly met me when I entered the dealership and gave me his undivided attention until I made my decision. For me, its as much about my contact and relationship with my saleperson and with the dealership as it is about the car. I guess you could say I am picky about who I will be dealing with once I purchase my car. Brighton Ford has not disappointed. What impressed me initially was how well my salesperson knew the details of each and every car on the lot and how knowledgeable he was about the features of all the vehicles offered for sale. Once I bought my car he took a great deal of time going over all the mechanics and features of the vehicle I bought. He even took his time to help me set up and sinc my blue tooth phone to the system in my new car (I would never have figured it out on my own). Such individual attention is something I really appreciated and is what sets Brighton Ford apart from others. Additionally, the service center at Brighton Ford is impressive, and very accommodating. They are very courteous and explain everything in detail. All work was explained before anything was done to my car. I am always treated like a Queen when I go in for service, even if I am only there for an oil change. When pulling into the service area, I am always addressed without wait. The service waiting area is very clean and comfortable (and they make great coffee). There is comfortable seating with TVs and magazines to occupy you until your service is completed. If you are thinking about purchasing a new car, even if you have not considered a Ford, you should take the time to visit this dealership and check out what they have to offer -- you won't be disappointed. They are continually reviewing and improving their service department to reduce the time the client waits for service to be completed, to provide a c They are continually reviewing and improving their service department to reduce the time the client waits for service to be completed, to provide a comfortable waiting room environment, to provide timely and accurate information and to improve the technical performance of service. The service advisors, shop foreman and mechanics function as a team to make sure that client concerns are quickly addressed. The dealership also provides discount coupons through US mail and their web site to help reduce service cost. Our most recent experience was for a 90,000 mile maintenance on a 2008 Ford Expedition EL. We were pleased with all aspects of that visit. More

The Brighton Ford Dealership.....Every time I want to have a quick maintenance service done, they get me in when I arrive...usually takes about an hour for regular oil change and tire rotati I live in t have a quick maintenance service done, they get me in when I arrive...usually takes about an hour for regular oil change and tire rotati I live in the Ann Arbor area and I am not so luck to have the same experience close to home.on I now take both my Ford Taurus and Ford Flex to Brighton for service. Staff is friendly and trustworthy. Once I had a problem after the dealership and my Flex stalled...they came right away to pick me up and take my flex back to the shop....I was glad no hassle and problem was addressed immediately. I would recommend to anyone that takes vehicles to dealerships for service. Prices are on average with Ford dealerships i have been to, but I always get in and out quickly, and I have not be made to feel like they were trying to sell me more than what the vehicle needed. If that changes, I will revise my review. More
