Will was patient and very helpful, he handled all our questions and made sure we were happy with her new car. Will spent time working with the managers to ensure we got the best price possible on her old car as well as the best possible purchase price for her new one. He also took very good care of our Saint Bernard Sasha Bear and made sure he was as comfortable as we were ensuring that he even had enough water to drink while Mommy and Daddy were buying a new ride for him to be comfortable in. This is our third purchase from Brandon Honda so that right there should tell you something. All parts of the dealership have always been very helpful and friendly and they always treat Sasha Bear like a rock star! I also want to give a big shout out to Rachel Christie our service manager because as carzy as that place is at times she always takes the time to explain things to me and makes sure I understand why things need to be done, seriously folks there could be 100 people milling around and she stops what she is doing and makes me feel like I am the only person there. I also want to say I am grateful to the entire dealership for allowing Sasha Bear to join me every time I come in and they really do treat him and I like we are the best and as my third purchase hopefully shows them that we think they are the best too!
