Fantastic Car buying experience I am 68 years old and over the last 48 years I have purchased many cars including luxury cars such as Mercedes, Lexus, Cadillacs, etc. of all these ca I am 68 years old and over the last 48 years I have purchased many cars including luxury cars such as Mercedes, Lexus, Cadillacs, etc. of all these car purchases I have never had such a wonderful experience as I did with our sales representative Chris Weiss. Chris was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to listen to our needs and deliver what we were asking for. The test drive and total negotiations were over in less than half an hour. he then took the time to pre-complete the finance paper work and make copies of needed documents and when we met with the finance manager it went very quickly due to the pre-financing work Chris had done. Also Greg Williams did an outstanding job with the negotiations. he took the documentation I had provided concerning the competitions pricing and car comparisons and was able to justify accepting our offer on the car and he did it in a very prompt fashion. Jeremiah Soltis the Financial services manager was also outstanding. He explained all the options we had and was very helpful in guiding us through the financing process and got us a good rate on our loan. He was outstanding. Chris Weiss made us feel at home and was very transparent through the entire process. He is a true asset to your company. the entire buying experience with Brando Honda was by far the best I have ever experienced over the last 48 years of buying cars. Thank you for making this buying experience very simple and informative and for giving us such outstanding customer service. You exceeded our expectations!!!
