Came in for service without an appointment. We have a 2012 Honda Civic with less than 25,000 miles on it. The A12 service reminder lit up on the dash. I was off today and decided at the last minute to take the car in for service (without an appointment). I arrived mid morning and had no problem getting checked in. My oil change was covered under my extended maintenance plan and was at no cost which was great. It's truly a shame that the engine air filter, the cabin air filter and a new set of windshield wipers cost me $163.00. The car was completed and I was out the door in less than 2 hours. The service department was obviously very busy and I felt they did great in getting me in and out without having a prior appointment which I did appreciate that. I just think the prices are outrageous personally. More
