Been coming to Brandon Honda for all my service since I bought my car there six years ago but today my usual service advisor was off and Travis helped me instead. Quick in and out! I scheduled the appointment over the phone with the automated service. I came in at 6:30pm which is the time the automated service scheduled me. I was told that the service department don’t do oil changes after 6. But when they found out how the appointment was made they then proceeded to honor said appointment and get me in and out within 30mins!! More
