Amazing dealership all around. In short, I recently and suddenly found myself in need of a new vehicle. I'm not in the best financial standings at the moment so I had to have my mot In short, I recently and suddenly found myself in need of a new vehicle. I'm not in the best financial standings at the moment so I had to have my mother come with me because I knew I was in need of a cosigner. My mom is actually the one who picked me up and decided that we should go to Brandon Honda. I had my reservations but told myself as usual that mom knows best and I went along with her decision. When I got there my fiance and I were casually looking around the lot when my Mom called us in and that is when we met Simon. Simon was instantly and extremely nice, so much so that he even walked my fiance and I over to the coffee/frappe machine and showed us how we could make our own *gourmet* coffee and made some with us... at this point we had promised to buy nothing and had literally been at the dealership maybe 15-20 minutes. To keep this as short as possible... we test drove a few cars and decided on which one was the most realistic but at the same time I could see myself driving. Turns out unfortunately it was a used Chevy (unfortunately not a Honda, as I'm sure for Simon it would've been happier had we decided to go Honda) but the Chevy had still passed their 100 and.. almost 200 point inspection (I can't remember what it exactly was, but I know it was something impressive). Simon even went as far as to point out the lot in the back where the unapproved cars were that did not pass inspection. He made me feel extremely comfortable about buying a car from this particular dealership and made me feel like I was in good hands. By the end of our visit there (I'd say about 4 hours) I had gotten all done with the financial aspect and realized I probably couldn't afford the monthly payments even though the car was what I had thought to be in my price range. But that wasn't ok with Simon.. or the leaders of the financial department. They went back and forth maybe 3 or 4 times until they came back to me with a payment that I could work with and that was it! The car is now sitting in my driveway. If it wasn't for the persistent hard work of Simon and the staff in the financial department I feel like I would've ended up leaving that dealership and probably went elsewhere and bought a lemon. But I ended up with a beautiful 2013 vehicle.. looks amazing inside and out... drives like butter.. with an AMAZING maintenance package, 2 years bumper to bumper warranty and no payments for the first 3 months!!!!!!!!!! (which unfortunately I really need because of my current financial situation). Thank all of you there at Brandon Honda.
