Best buying experience I've ever had! I was at another Honda dealership and was getting nowhere near the fairest price I could, so I told the salesman what my ideal price was and he came b I was at another Honda dealership and was getting nowhere near the fairest price I could, so I told the salesman what my ideal price was and he came back with a figure almost $3,000 higher and told me I'd have to work with him on getting a better price. I called Brandon Honda and spoke with Chris Weiss, told him what i wanted to pay and he said leave that dealership and we had a deal. True to his word he gave me the price I wanted, which was over $2k less out the door less than just the price of the car before taxes and such, and with more benefits! Chris even drove my car home for me since I drove another car there. Again, best experience buying a car EVER! More

Great experience overall I brought my mom (73 year old widow) in to replace her 2004 Ford Explorer with 285,000 miles. We worked with Sebastian Bertrand as our Relationship M I brought my mom (73 year old widow) in to replace her 2004 Ford Explorer with 285,000 miles. We worked with Sebastian Bertrand as our Relationship Manager and he was great. We went in on Thursday evening and told him what we were looking for and our price range. Also that we had a couple of other dealerships to look at so we wanted his best price and then would get back to him. We found a Hyundai Santa Fe that fulfilled all the requirements and then worked with Sebastian and Mohamed Essa (the Executive Manager) to talk numbers. By about 6pm we had the info we needed and they let us leave without a hassle. We went to another dealership and repeated the process. Around 8pm, Sebastian gave us a call saying he had enjoyed working with us and to please let him know if we had any other questions. We did find another vehicle that fulfilled mom's needs so went home to think through the 2 options. After looking at some more consumer reports and talking through everything, mom decided she preferred the vehicle at Brandon Honda. The next morning about 9:15 Sebastian gave me a call again to see if we had any other questions and we negotiated a bit again on the price. After checking with Mohamed again, we came to an agreement and headed back in to finalize the purchase. That took a little while...mostly because mom is from Georgia so they had to deal with titling it in Georgia and dealing with all of that. Upon leaving the dealership, we had a sensor light come on but by mid day on Saturday that had been taken care of and all the filters were replaced with the help of Sebastian and Mohamed. All in all, Sebastian and Mohamed were a pleasure to work with and made sure my mother was completely happy with her purchase. I whole-heartedly recommend Brandon Honda and if you get the chance to work with Sebastian Bertrand and/or Mohamed Essa you will be in great hands. They aren't pushy at all but available to help or answer any questions you might have. More
Pleasant Awesome Experience! I was looking to replace my car and went to Brandon Honda to shop price; already own many Honda’s-Good, dependable, affordable cars. Met Kaleb Henry I was looking to replace my car and went to Brandon Honda to shop price; already own many Honda’s-Good, dependable, affordable cars. Met Kaleb Henry in the exterior lot area and started talking- car interest, color etc. He looked at inventory and saw 2018 I requested- 2019 all around. Talked price, left and came back and I bought car for a great price as I had shopped, searched with other dealers. What I liked about Kaleb, wasn’t pushy, pleasant, knowledgeable person who was not offended about my direct talk, then met Grant Hocking who met my price. Time maybe 3 hours tops culmutively. Great price, threw in a few extras requested and followed up two weeks later at dealer related to brakes. Great Experience! More

The person that handles internet sales for Brandon Honda is a guy named “Captain Kirk”. He did a fabulous job, as did his assistant, Don. The car that we chose needed the wiper sprayers adjusted, and the mechanics knocked tjat issue out, even before we could finish signing the financing documents. When we were ready to leave, Captain Kirk realized that there was only one key for the car. He took the initiative to contact the oerson that had traded the car in, and was sble tonlocate the second key for us. Bu noon the next day, he handed us the key. Hebwent that extra mile. Infact, every single person that we came into contact with, was pure positive energy. A real trat to do business here. More
Smooth sailing To begin with our sales man Eddie Guadalupe made sure we had lunch preparing us for the time we were going to be there was quite knowledgeable very de To begin with our sales man Eddie Guadalupe made sure we had lunch preparing us for the time we were going to be there was quite knowledgeable very detailed even gave us a tutorial on how to use gadgets in car was very approachable which made it easier to ask all the questions I had which in turn was a smooth process and the young man who did our paper work was very knowledgeable friendly and made us feel as if he known us forever which was great and last but not least the gentleman who I asked for a bow I was hesitant to do so but he was like go right ahead no hesitation super friendly that just put the icing on the cake ....loved the whole experience will definitely be back to buy my husbands car next time .....There was another gentleman I believe was a manager whom I told I live in Miami therefore could not come to Tampa for the first service but he made the exception for me to do it in Miami and they would reimburse me that was also a big plus .....I can’t complain a 100% satisfied customer Thank You More
