Our sales person, ZEE HOUICHI immediately contacted Mr.FAMER who advised my wife and I that we could rework the deal for another vehicle or have the damage repaired to our satisfaction. at no charge, We chose the have the vehicle repaired upon our return from a Christmas trip to Texas. On our return to the dealership for the repair, our service representative Augustine Cardona, evaluated the damage and taking into consideration of the new vehicle status at the time of the incident had a new rear bumper shroud painted and installed on our vehicle.
