Service Issues After my Honda failed to start, I had it towed in. I dealt with Mr. Lancaster in the service department. He kept in close contact with me to update the progress of the vehicle and the problems. I returned the next day retrieved the vehicle and then has the same issue happen again. I called Mr. Lancaster on his personal cell phone with the issue after hours and he set a loaner vehicle for me and had the car reassessed for the issue. Car was finished the next day and up and running. The service advisor Lancaster could not have been more professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I have been to this location multiple times for the same problems however this is the first time that the experience was pleasant. I appreciate the attention and time he took to explain and get it handled while I stressed. More

Great service I took my Honda Accord to Branson Honda for an oil change. Elijah was my service advisor. He was great. Even though he said the wait time was going to I took my Honda Accord to Branson Honda for an oil change. Elijah was my service advisor. He was great.
