Not only did they provide top notch service but they went above and beyond reasonable expectations in today's day and age to help me and my family. Thank you Marcos for helping me for the last month as I tried to get out of that other hunk of junk. Without your help I would be talking to lawyers instead of driving a brand new Odyssey today. Thank you Jonathan Soto for working with me to avoid a very bad situation that could have ruined my credit for a very long time. Oh and thanks for helping me with protecting my new Van! I was really impressed with the options you were able to offer for both warranty and maintenance and the price breakdown for all packages. Some context. I had bought a used van for my family from another dealership that offered a "Lifetime Warranty", and it had nothing but problems since day one. For the first 3 and a half weeks after purchase we were stuck in a loaner while the van was in the shop for service. Once we got the van back the xxxx check engine light came on again! At that moment I knew we had a lemon on our hands. But the other dealership thought otherwise and would not take the vehicle back. They wanted to upsale me into one of their new cars, but at this time I no longer trusted them and reached out to Marcos at Brandon Honda. Brandon Honda helped me turn this really bad situation into something positive, and they showed that they really do put their client's first. On top of all that, I have a beautiful brand new van, something I've never had before along with the piece of mind of all the protections offered by the dealership. Thanks again Marcos! Great Service- Got battery replaced I was attended by the service rep Taje Blake. I had battery issue on an Accord 2018 that needed a replacement after having jump started it few times b I was attended by the service rep Taje Blake.
