Jacob Polanco was my service advisor who took the time to review my warranty package to discover I had coverage to replace my tires. This totally shocked me as on a previous visit a service advisor tried to sell me tires, never mentioning anything about my warranty package. Jacob assured me I had the coverage. He totally took care of me, hooked me up with a rental car and received authorization to have all four tires replaced. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and had great customer service skills. I will request him on any future visits to Brandon Honda. More

The price of our vehicle was genuine from the start, we didn’t have a whole lot of hope going into this transaction, but Eddie quickly brought our guards down and reassured us he would do the best he could, which he did. Afterwards Bo was incredibly professional, and had the answer to any finance questions we may of had, as well as explaining all that was included in our final pricing. Low pressure tire gauge reset I recently found a screw in one of the tires of my 2019 Insight. I took it to a local tire company for convenience sake to replace the tire. They replaced the tire with a comparable brand tire than the original, but they could not get the "low tire pressure" gauge to turn off after 2 attempts. So I took it to Brandon Honda without an appointment to get it reset. It took a little under 1.5 hours of waiting, but it was worth waiting for it. No charge, and problem fixed.*Useful info. Brandon financing offers a 5yr road hazard for about $500 based on my inquiry. A new replacement tire with labor could run you $230. Two 'nail/screw in tire incidents' would cover the cost. My service advisor Vince was very helpful and understanding of my situation and tried to get me out asap. More
