When I told him I'd be back on Saturday, he told me he wouldn't be there, but that I could as for Mr. Thomas, and he'd be glad to help. Preston took great care of us I had a Great experience with Preston Lockhart in sales. He went above and beyond the needs for us, but unfortunately Luis G. The financial manager I had a Great experience with Preston Lockhart in sales. He went above and beyond the needs for us, but unfortunately Luis G. The financial manager did not. He let us take the car home without signing any paperwork and said we were approved. Come back Monday, he drug us around and tried to strong arm us into paying triple the car payments we had already agreed upon. He got upset when we turned the car back in, and made us wait for hours. He didnt even try to see if we could find a different car. He ignored us. Don't waste your time or money at this location. Distasteful. Thank goodness we had a family member tell us about Wesley Chapel Honda. They have went above and beyond selling us a car that fits our needs and expectations. Made us keel right at home. Please stop by and ask for Metin Cihaner and his sales manager Randy Marker. They made the experience worth our time with no doubt. More
