Best car buying experience ever! I was in the market for a very specific vehicle and went to Mohammed Duhayat, or Mo D as he goes by as well. Mohammed instantly greeted me with a smil I was in the market for a very specific vehicle and went to Mohammed Duhayat, or Mo D as he goes by as well. Mohammed instantly greeted me with a smile and willness to help. The test drive went great. We talked numbers (which was stress-free) and specific trim and color that I wanted that they didn’t have. He offered a dealer trade, which I decided to just be patient and wait. Mohammed said not a problem, checked his resources and offered a solution to get the exact car I wanted. He had his manager put it on their next order which was about a 2 month wait, which I was absolutely fine with. Followed up with me on constantly on the status, etc. Finally the day came when the car arrived. Mohammed made sure everything was ready for a quick process. I was in and out in no time with no issues driving off in the car I really wanted with no headaches at all. After past bad experiences at Brandon Honda this whole transaction restored my faith in them. I work in Sales and know how difficult it can be, especially with managing expectations. Mohammed’s professionalism, attentiveness, positive attitude and problem solving bought my loyalty for life. I can’t recommend him more! More
