I had shopped multiple Honda dealerships in 3 counties ( I work in 3 counties) and went to Brandon Honda l I had the best car buying experience ever! I had shopped multiple Honda dealerships in 3 counties ( I work in 3 counties) and went to Brandon Honda last. The people at this dealership are the best! Not just one or two, but everyone I spoke with from the receptionist to the finance person. This place has integrity, honesty and just all around great people! I already had the lowest price offered from 3 other dealers. I almost didn't stop by Brandon Honda but I decided to call and just tell the internet manager Ron Wright what I was offered by the other dealers. Ron has a very personable demeanor and he is the reason I decided to stop in. He assured me that no matter how low the price was, he would not be undersold by anyone. I met Ron and the Lou Artalona who is a customer relations manager when I arrived. We spoke and I let them know what I was looking for. They went to work and everything they told me they would do was 100% accurate. I have to say that Lou is the kindest, most courteous person you could ever meet! Ron and Lou delivered on their promise and I was ecstatic about the price! I didn't think it could get any better than this until I went into finance. This is where I met Luis Gaetan, the best finance person I have ever met! Luis immediately puts you at ease and thoroughly explains every detail of financing. He also got a lower rate for me than the lowest rate my own bank had and saved me several hundred more with a maintenance package I wanted. Luis is a super nice guy and has your best interest at heart. If you are in the market for a new Honda, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...GO TO BRANDON HONDA AND SPEAK WITH THEM! So many factors, numbers and of course the fear of making a bad decision all come into play. The team at Brandon Honda was able to make this freighting experience into one of the most enjoyable purchases I have ever made. Tim the general sales manager greeted us at the entrance. i was shopping for a car for my mother. We were so nervous and worried as we really had no clue as to what car would be a good option. We JSU I iré it needed to be safe and easy for mom to get in and out of. We shared this with Tim and he put us at easy. He just knew the perfect tho g to say. He told us to have mom test drive a few cars and that there will be one that she is most comfortable with. Boy was he right! After test driving several models the civic was the one! Tim introduced us to Antonio Rueda. Antonio is the most patient person I have ever met! Here we are two women ... very indecisive and with no clue what we want. He took his time and focused on really understanding what was important to mom AND to me. He was very welcoming and personable. He took his time and took us on several test drives. Even with a crazy busy Saturday and many clients to help he made us feel like we were the most important people in the dealership. He even spoke Spanish which was wonders for mom. Harrison helped us with the paperwork. He was also very personable and knowledgeable. He presented the price options and explained each one. He helped us decide in a model and went over all of the features and benefits of each to help us narrow down a model and be confident in our decision. When it came down to picking a color... there was much back and forth. Anyone would have been done with us at that time but Harrison was focused on ensuring we were happy with our decision and offered to pull the cars around so we could see the color portions. He never stoped smiling and was very pleasant. He made ya feel very confortable. The paperwork was done efficiently and fast. He explained the process and guided us the entire time. Once everything was competed Hadteiaob went the extra mile and had our new car detailed for us. He took me on a tour off Ethel dealership and even helped me set up the first service appointment so mom would not have to worry about it. Mind you this is for 6 months down the road. Once the car was ready Antonio took us on a detail walk of the car. You would think that was the end. No not for these guys! Antonio not only showed us our new car but he also took the time to show mom all of the controls as she features. He even set up moms blue tooth and speed dials. This was so. I’ve if him and gave me piece of mind that mom could use these shortcuts in the event of any emergency. These guys really took my experience to the next level. Their customer service and caring attitudes made the world of difference for both mom and I. Tim, Antonio, and Harrison thank you for all you did for mom and I. I will be back once it’s time for me to upgrade my accord. I live in Tampa but this guys arte worth the drive! Brandon Made it right! 6 months ago, I bought a 2018 Honda Odyssey from another dealership which had a few annoying issues off the lot. The Passenger mirror and rear windo 6 months ago, I bought a 2018 Honda Odyssey from another dealership which had a few annoying issues off the lot. The Passenger mirror and rear window had motor issues. The doors had a recall which was acting up AND the fuel door wouldn't open at times. Brandon Honda took the time required to test and ensure the repair was done correctly. Granted it took 2 weeks but they gave me a loaner Pilot in place of the Odyssey which is a comparably sized vehicle. The car was detailed like new when I got it back and everything worked perfectly. thank you for the great service More
