While I’m glad to hear that Destynie and Mohammad were pleasant to work with, I want to sincerely apologize for the many areas where we fell short—especially in regard to the time it took to complete your transaction, the lack of follow-up regarding your warranty, and the serious concern around data privacy. The fact that personal information from the previous owner was still accessible in the vehicle is unacceptable and absolutely should have been addressed during our inspection and reconditioning process. I take that matter seriously and will be reviewing it internally to ensure corrective measures are in place to prevent this from happening again. Additionally, the financing experience you described and the issues with the lender are deeply concerning. We strive to only work with partners that meet ethical and service standards, and I will be reviewing this specific situation with our finance team to ensure full transparency and better guidance is provided moving forward. Your feedback regarding the Brandon Honda certification process is also noted.
