Waited twenty minutes just to be checked in. Four customers behind me and who came in after me were checked in before I was. Was told the ninety minute safety recall for which I made a 9:00 am appt for was going to take well over three hours. Also, I asked for a sales person to appraise my vehicle since Brandon Honda is always offering to buy it back, but that was never done. Car wasn't finished and me being able to pick it up until about 4:00 pm. More

I've been coming here for over 10 years even tho I now live in Clearwater; but quite honestly Ive seen quality in service fall over time; the main reason I still come is my relationship with Jennifer Chas live in Clearwater; but quite honestly Ive seen quality in service fall over time; the main reason I still come is my relationship with Jennifer Chassis and now Kyle, but when they are not there, not the same; everytime I have any service, even oil change, I have to wait 2 hours, yesterday I waited 3 hours for oil chg and new tire; I get a text that tells me to use to stay in touch but I never get anything for updates and when I ask, no response; for the first time when I bought my last car there; I fell thru the cracks, got passed to 3 different people, my salesperson Hassim disappeared and told he was on a test ride but I pursued and learned he had gone home; just not the same. I really liked the people that work there. However, they let us buy a used car that didn’t have a fob to get in and out. It had a key for the ignition, but no way to lock or unlock the car. It wasn’t something that we looked for when testing because the door was always unlocked, but realized that as soon as we got home and locked the vehicle, we couldn’t get back in.
