I was visiting my parents in Florida and unexpectedly needed service for my brakes before my road trip back home. I was able to schedule next day service for a SUNDAY,, drop my car off early Sunday morn needed service for my brakes before my road trip back home. I was able to schedule next day service for a SUNDAY,, drop my car off early Sunday morning, get a shuttle back to my parent’s house, kept up to date on progress, get a shuttle back to the dealership to pick up my car - all before noon!!! From the associate that greeted me at drop off, to the service consultant, to the shuttle driver, everyone was very pleasant and helpful and I was confident my problem would be fixed.
