Bill Kirk was great throughout and even after the process (contacting us to ensure we were happy with our purchase). We are, however, quite unhappy with the fact that, while in finance, we were not asked how (contacting us to ensure we were happy with our purchase). I guess it was assumed we wouldn’t want to put any down after trade ins and because we had good credit and with our intent to pay it off relatively quickly, however after all the finance paper work was done and we asked about it, we were told it would take another 30-40 minutes to redo it. By this time, it was 9pm plus we had our baby with us and an hour drive home. We ended up not redoing everything, which resulted in a monthly payment about 33% higher. Now we pretty much have no option but to pay it off asap due to a much higher monthly payment than anticipated. Very very disappointed with this. Kudos to Bill though for attempting to make things right by ensuring we received our $25 gift card, and then filling our gas tank when we returned later to drop off the second trade in. More

Mack did a great job, explaining what was needed on the service as well as what I was covered for and one of the recalls for the hood latch. Zach Myers is great! ! Huge asset to Brandon Honda!! Since I’ve been seeing him, my wait times for service have drastically been reduced from 3-4 hours for an oil change ! Huge asset to Brandon Honda!! Since I’ve been seeing him, my wait times for service have drastically been reduced from 3-4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation to 1.5 to 2 hours for services I’ve had with him….30,000 service maintenance and a passenger side mirror replacement (12/14/22). Zach is very caring to Honda customers and I feel is pretty knowledgeable. Honda should be very glad he’s an employee there at Brandon Honda. Hats off to Zach!!! More
