Eddie was amazing throughout the whole experience. He was the first person to help me with the car, even though he currently was helping another customer. When I had questions regarding price he worked with the first person to help me with the car, even though he currently was helping another customer. When I had questions regarding price he worked with me and came to an amount we both thought was fair. Once the process had begun he made sure me,my wife, and son were comfortable and made sure to go over all the features the vehicle had during the test drive. He had the paperwork prepared upon my arrival as I requested, and then took the time to set up all the safety features with me before I left the dealership. I would recommend Eddie to anyone looking for an honest, attentive, and hard working salesperson. More

Lin was a cut above the rest! From beginning to end he was professional, caring, and entertaining. We were looking for my daughter’s first vehicle. Even after the entire process was over, Lin took the time to make she knew and understood everything the vehicle did and why, like she was his own granddaughter. Worst car buying experience we have ever had. We did buy a car from here - probably should not have. My wife liked the color of the interior and there was not another one around, or we surely would have ca a car from here - probably should not have. The finance team was excellent to work with (we brought our own financing), and Stephanie at the front desk was as well. The prep/service and management teams were terrible. The car was 'allegedly' sent to detail 4 times, and after the fourth time, there was still Coca-Cola (or similar) splattered all over the back seat, among other things. We have pictures of what the car looked like. Quality of work was terrible. They did an oil change after we bought it (because it had not already been done before they put the car up for sale). We waited HOURS - they claimed they ordered a filter from NAPA. They hadn't. We called and went to the NAPA store they said they ordered it from - filter was never ordered. HOURS it took for an oil change - we ended up having to take a loaner car. What they told us and what they did were two different things on several occasions. Attitude and demeanor of 'management' in two different cases was rude and condescending, while still acknowledging poor workmanship. Would strongly recommend working with this dealership on any car deal. There are many better dealers out there to work with - you have a choice... don't make the mistake we did. Love the car we bought - just not the dealer or the experience. More
