We purchased a vehicle on Saturday and was not given a copy of all of the documents that we signed. We contacted the dealer on Sunday and on Monday and on Tuesday requesting the documents. I was in a pinch. It was March 31st 2025, 2 days before car tariffs. We all dread the classic car buying experience, being at a dealership for hours, endless back and It was March 31st 2025, 2 days before car tariffs. We all dread the classic car buying experience, being at a dealership for hours, endless back and forth. I can barely find time to do basic chores, taking care of a toddler, pregnant wife on bed rest (my queen), fixing things around the house, building baby furniture, chores, life. I called Honda, spoke to Chris, gently reminded him that we've purchased many Hondas from them, and I did not have time, nor did he probably, for the back and forth or even a long in person visit. We were a one car (civic) household, but with baby 2 on the way, needed a 2nd and bigger vehicle on a tight budget. I needed the majority of this negotiation to be remote, and don't start with a crap offer. Long story less long, he came through, and for the first time ever, made the whole experience painless. We obviously love Honda, specifically Brandon Honda, since again, we've purchased a few cars over the last 20 years, but this solidified us as customers for life. Thanks Chris, and extra special shout out to his amazing assistant Stephanie, she did the bulk of the work after all right Chris ;-) More
