I purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Tiburon from Brandon Honda and then a month later had some transmission issues with the car. And even though I signed an "as-is" contract, the dealership went out of the Honda and then a month later had some transmission issues with the car. And even though I signed an "as-is" contract, the dealership went out of their way to correct the issue. This tells me one thing - they care about people, not profits. I highly recommend Brandon Honda for their superior service and standards of practice. I lived in New York and when I moved to Florida and looked for a vehicle, I realized very quickly that in the Tampa area all these car lots are usually flooded with scam artists selling any vehicle that starts, stops, and steers because there is no inspection in Florida. But the staff at Brandon Honda actually care, which to me was rare. I am very pleased I bought my car from them. More

I made a phone call the previous weekend, spoke with the receptionist, who then routed my call to the company's voicemail. I left a voice message, however, I never received a returned call. I never mentioned this to Mr. Seymour, however, while conversating with his manager Mr. Vaugh Herbelee, he did not hesitate to apologized for the mishap. I must say after the phone call experience I was debating whether to purchase a car from your dealership. I thought, I should say something about this, and decided to give it another try. I called a second time and was transferred to Ed, that's when my whole experienced changed. He listened to what I had to say regarding my transportation issue and everything went smoothly from there. I wanted to wait a few days to make certain no problems would arise after the purchase. So far I'm enjoying my car. Ed also sent a follow-up email to make certain everything was good.
