I was enticed to come visit Brandon Honda due to a local advertisement offering a new ipad and 1000.00 in gift cards upon purchase of any vehicle. I came in on December 12th, and met with Lou and test-drov advertisement offering a new ipad and 1000.00 in gift cards upon purchase of any vehicle. I came in on December 12th, and met with Lou and test-drove a 2012 Civic. I found Lou very friendly and accomadating. After much deliberation by the finance companies, I was told I had been approved, but had a few remaining documents to provide to complete the package. After providing the necessary documents, I was told I need to await the deal to be funded in order to receive the gifts offered, along with my owners manual, full gas tank, and spare key. I followed up daily to find out the status of the deal. As of Friday, 12/16, Sean informed me all information had been sent to the finance company, and that they needed to perform the verification, and I should expect a call from the bank by Monday or Tuesday. I waited, and never received the call. As of Wednesday, I called the financial institution, and to my surprise, they advised they had never received the documents. I then returned to Brandon Honda, where Sean apologized that there was a delay in sending the paperwork, and that it was sent overnight as of Tuesday, to arrive at the bank as of Wednseday. I called again Thursday, and again, the bank has no paperwork. Thursday evening, I receive a call from Forrest, in customer service, asking about my experience at which time, I explained the situation. He again apologized, and said he would get to the bottom of it. At this time I received a call from Ryan, who handled my original financing, and again, apologizing, contradicted the information a 3rd time, stating the paperwork was sent that day, Thursday, and the bank would receive it, and that "he would work on getting me my promised items by Friday" Friday comes, and once again, there is a new delay in the process, and the only person who can handle it is on vacation until Tuesday, so again I would need to wait. I asked, what recourse might I have if this does not occur, at which point again, no answer other than apology. So 2 weeks later, the original reason for a purchase, which to my understanding, I have already made, is being withheld, and I am without recourse. Now I could understand a delay, had I been passive, but I had been calling daily to receive updates, and no one seemed it prudent to actually verify the information I was being given or given me an honest answer. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and would never do business with them again. More
Had some unfortunate communication issues with this dealership briefly, however I am now convinced that this was the exception and not the rule. Brandon Honda has convinced me that they really do stand behind the vehicles they sell and customers are still important after the sale. The Dealership handled my situation with professionalism and absolutely stellar customer service. I cannot recommend this dealership enough to those looking to purchase new or used vehicles. Their facilities are incredible and they make what can be a tedious process (purchasing a car) into a pleasant experience. Thank You to Brandon Honda! More
I purchased my new 2011 Honda CR-V the beginning of September from the Morgan Auto Group, who had just taken over this dealership. I had previously bought the same model about 6 years ago from the prio September from the Morgan Auto Group, who had just taken over this dealership. I had previously bought the same model about 6 years ago from the prior owners and had no issues with them. They were very cordial while trying to sell me the car, and the new Managing Partner, John Marazzi TWICE came over to my wife and I and said if we EVER had any problems, to call him directly and he'd make sure we were taken care of. As part of their new deal, they offered, and continue to offer, Complimentary Roadside Rescue on any vehicle purchased. Initially, I was advised they did not have any information on the program as they had just started offering it, which was reasonable. After a few weeks, I spoke to the sales manager, John Reale, who gave me a contact number in the event I had any problem. When I called the number, it was for the Warranty department only and had nothing to do with any roadside rescue. When I tried to call Mr. Reale back, he was busy so they connected me with a salesman, Tom Williams. (I was advised my original salesman, John Wyatt, no longer worked there). Mr. Williams said he would check on it and at one point, said they were going to have a meeting about that very issue and promised to call me with information. When I did not hear from him, I called him a week later and he claimed they had moved his desk and he lost my number, but promised to call me back in a few minutes after he finished with a customer. I gave him my number but I never heard back from him. A week later, I decided to call Mr. Marazzi as he had suggested. The girl who answered the phone put me on hold, then came back and said he was on the phone but said to get my number and he would call me right back. I'm still waiting. Bottom line--Honda makes a great vehicle. However, I cannot in all honesty recommend this new dealership for your purchase. They are big on talk and it seems all they care about is moving cars. After that, they don't need you. Perhaps other dealerships aren't any better; I wouldn't know, but I do know what this one is about. I'm still waiting for my information. Fair warning. UPDATE: Within a short time of my posting this rating, I received a call from the sales manager, who said I would be receiving a call from Mr. Marazzi, the managing partner. He did call a few hours later and apologized for the lack of response to my request. He promised to get me the information I requested and yesterday I received an email as promised with the roadside rescue information. I have updated some of my ratings to reflect the response I received. More

Frank was extremely busy that Memorial Day and he was still able to provide to me the customer service I expect from Honda in the way of a new car buying experience. Outside of Gus (not sure of last name) the Sales Manager being overly cliche' with his "this is why I can't give you the trade-in-allowance for your vehicle schtick - I would have rated my overall Experperience as Great. Mike the Finance Manager was also very knowlagable and was able to deliver a quick close on a very busy day. I would be willing to have my new vehicle serviced with Brandon in the future even though it is further from where I would be traveling from then other Service provides should you want to send me any Coupons or savings opportunities. Anytime he has seen me when I bring my Honda in for service, he makes a point to speak - that's huge in my book. I also notice how clean and nicely furnished that the dealership is. There is alot of attention to detail for your comfort. First class dealer. As you can tell, I have been greatly satisfied wit this dealership and the service after "the sale". This is my fourth experience with Branon Honda: 2006 Honda Pilot purchse, 2009 Sold my deceased mother's 2008 Honda CRV, 2009 purchased as used Acura Integra for our son, and just last week leased a 2011 Honda Pilot. This was my best experience ever. Don was without a doubt the most professional person I have ever met in the car business. No pressure and everything I asked he had a legitimate answer. What I liked the most was that Don never lied, he never attempted to cover up anything, he was always upfront, and what he said was exactly how the entire car purchase turned out. If there was a way for me to tell not only his peers at Brandon Honda; but all other sales people from all other dealerships...I would say be more like Don Negri and you will not only sell more cars but actually have folks just like me offer the most highly positive comments I can!!! At other dealerships the salesmen were more interested in telling us what they wanted to hear versus listening to what we needed. GM Dan Moser also was very helpful and the follow up since the sale has been wonderful. On several occasions we have stopped into the dealership and inquired about about how some of the options worked and we were treated with the same warmth and courtesy that we received before buying the Accord. All in all I am delighted to have dealt with such a well managed facility and would recommend that everyone looking for a new or used vehicle give them a try. I would especially recommend Driss Hilili as a sales person who will continue to be your advocate after the sale. More
I brought my van in for an oil change and was in and out in 45 minutes. I am always happy with the quality of work, the customer service (it is top notch) and the efficiency. However, I did miss my usual service technician Jason Hunter, as he is no longer there. I have dealt with him for over 2 years and he was always upfront and honest.
