My husband and I made several trips to Brandon Honda and test drove many vehicles. Unsure of the exact car we were interested in, Antonio, Ferris and Alexandy worked with us until we were able to agree on test drove many vehicles. I would not recommend the dealership with the exception of the service department (Damon); however, Jovino Castro promised (to our face) that we would not have to pay for a new back window since the defros of the service department (Damon); however, Jovino Castro promised (to our face) that we would not have to pay for a new back window since the defroster was cut. Did that happen? No. I have had to pay for a new window myself after Jovino said he "never said that." We do not recommend Mr. Castro for your next sales purchase. More

I have purchased many vehicles before, this has been the best experience ever in a dealership. I told the salesman I only had an hour available to be able to buy the vehicle, because I had a medical appoint best experience ever in a dealership. I told the salesman I only had an hour available to be able to buy the vehicle, because I had a medical appointment. He said no problem, he could have me out the door in less than an hour. I was doubtful, but he assured me he would. I was amazed that I bought a vehicle for the first time in my life in an hour. More shocking, my wife did I not believe it either, because usually dealerships are an all day event, not Brandon Honda. Great job!!
