Tim, Tony, and Sam were very nice to work with. Tony greeted us as soon as we arrived and offered his help. After I described what I was looking for, Tim joined also joined us because Tony was new and greeted us as soon as we arrived and offered his help. After I described what I was looking for, Tim joined also joined us because Tony was new and he was helping him. We test drove a Pilot and then a CR-V and we wound up buying the CR-V because that made the most sense for our budget. Sam helped us by coming up with a number I could be happy with as a payment. I originally thought I wanted to lease but due to our trade in, interest rates, etc., he told me it would actually be better for me to buy versus lease. I had never thought of that as an option so I was really happy he came up with it. It made me feel much better about the deal. Throughout the whole process, everyone was really nice, not pushy, and seemed to genuinely want to help me. I was very happy to be Tony's "first sale". Tony Montesano was an absolute joy to work with. He listened to what we had to say and was willing to bend over backwards to help us with anything that we wanted. Our family has been owning Honda's since 1985 and this was not only my first NEW vehicle, but also my very first Honda. The experience with Robin was phenominal! He has such a great work ethic, and sense of humor and at no point did we ever feel pressured or overwhelmed. Cris worked magic with "numbers" and understood why father brought me there. My father wanted the best for me and safety is always his number one concern when it comes to his family. My father who isn't easy to please by far, was and still is extremely happy and confident as ever with the purchase of our new Honda. I look forward to purchasing a Honda for my son next year and believe me, with the professional knowledge and expertise of Cris and Robin, I know where and who to go to. I can't thank them enough for making this experience so much fun and I am driving my NEW Blue CR-V like I'm on cloud 9!!!! I brought my car in for my second oil change with an appointment that I set through the online system/a phone call conversation to verify. Fine with me, I just wanted it right. :) I haven't dealt with Damon Clark before, and I sure hope that he is the person I deal with the next time I bring my car in. He was super nice, friendly, and even offered me a free car wash and tire check (to make sure they were aired up). I know this is a service that usually comes with the year of oil changes, but I hadn't been offered them previously, and I was super impressed. The price of course was VERY reasonable (free). That's a college student joke, of course. In the lobby while waiting I was approached by a manager who asked about trading my car in, which I definitely do not plan on doing for a long time, as I love my (pre-owned) 08 Dodge Avenger! Damon and the guys outside the service area were pleasant and seemed to be in great moods, which is a nice atmosphere to be around. Damon even said that the balloons and free coffee were just for me. Even though I know he was joking, it was a nice touch! :) Thanks for the quick service of fitting me in for an appointment, and for having such nice people around to make this experience enjoyable. I bragged about it on facebook, and I plan on sending my friends over as soon as they are in the market for new cars. Perfect timing, because we are all about to graduate college, and all of our cars are breaking down! Thanks again Damon and crew! More

Came into the dealership on the service side and was immeadiately greeted which was nice and given directions to where i needed to go, the parts dept.. Once there i was helped by Thomas Brothers who was extremely patient with while listening me trying to explain the issues i was having with my remote for my vehicle and then once he retrived the part for me he was courteous enough to walk me over to service where Mary took the time to make sure the remote got programmed for and made sure i was on my way in no time. :) More
