Tim, Tony, and Sam were very nice to work with. Tony greeted us as soon as we arrived and offered his help. After I described what I was looking for, Tim joined also joined us because Tony was new and greeted us as soon as we arrived and offered his help. We test drove a Pilot and then a CR-V and we wound up buying the CR-V because that made the most sense for our budget. Sam helped us by coming up with a number I could be happy with as a payment. I originally thought I wanted to lease but due to our trade in, interest rates, etc., he told me it would actually be better for me to buy versus lease. I had never thought of that as an option so I was really happy he came up with it. It made me feel much better about the deal. Throughout the whole process, everyone was really nice, not pushy, and seemed to genuinely want to help me. I was very happy to be Tony's "first sale". He has such a great work ethic, and sense of humor and at no point did we ever feel pressured or overwhelmed. Cris worked magic with "numbers" and understood why father brought me there. My father wanted the best for me and safety is always his number one concern when it comes to his family. My father who isn't easy to please by far, was and still is extremely happy and confident as ever with the purchase of our new Honda.
