I bought a 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite van and am very happy with it. When I take it in for service or to have some questions answered I go directly to JR Disbrow. He knows what he is talking about. He takes the time to talk to me and explain some of the complex instructions in the car manual. I feel very comfortable taking my van to Honda for service. I don't have to look under the hood that much knowing that Mr. Disbrow and Honda has taken care of it. I think that he is the best that Honda has. It would be a shame not having him around. More

I drove my van for 190K miles until the second transmission died a in September. I was able to speak to JR (Even though he was not on duty) in order to get his advice regarding the mishap. I had my van was towed to the Brandon Honda Dealer. I then walked out with a used 2007 CR-V. JR is the reason me and my family made Brandon Honda Dealer or car dealer. More

Jr Disbrow is my go-to guy at your dealership. He is quick to answer my phone calls and provide me with helpful answers. I only trust certain people to deal with me and my car, and Jr has my complete tr quick to answer my phone calls and provide me with helpful answers. He is honest by informing me what my car needs and does not need and what the cost would be to repair anything, without beating around the bush and leading me believe something else. I continue to purchase parts and occasionally have my oil serviced there because I know I will be well taken care of. I do not know what I would do without the amazing hospitality Jr has provided for me over the years, but I am blessed to have met him. More

Mr. Hilili was excellent andwas very service oriented. He wanted to get us the best deal and he did. He wasn't fake like other salesmen we have dealt with in the past. I was enticed to come visit Brandon Honda due to a local advertisement offering a new ipad and 1000.00 in gift cards upon purchase of any vehicle. I came in on December 12th, and met with Lou and test-drov advertisement offering a new ipad and 1000.00 in gift cards upon purchase of any vehicle. I came in on December 12th, and met with Lou and test-drove a 2012 Civic. I found Lou very friendly and accomadating. After much deliberation by the finance companies, I was told I had been approved, but had a few remaining documents to provide to complete the package. After providing the necessary documents, I was told I need to await the deal to be funded in order to receive the gifts offered, along with my owners manual, full gas tank, and spare key. I followed up daily to find out the status of the deal. As of Friday, 12/16, Sean informed me all information had been sent to the finance company, and that they needed to perform the verification, and I should expect a call from the bank by Monday or Tuesday. I waited, and never received the call. As of Wednesday, I called the financial institution, and to my surprise, they advised they had never received the documents. I then returned to Brandon Honda, where Sean apologized that there was a delay in sending the paperwork, and that it was sent overnight as of Tuesday, to arrive at the bank as of Wednseday. I called again Thursday, and again, the bank has no paperwork. Thursday evening, I receive a call from Forrest, in customer service, asking about my experience at which time, I explained the situation. He again apologized, and said he would get to the bottom of it. At this time I received a call from Ryan, who handled my original financing, and again, apologizing, contradicted the information a 3rd time, stating the paperwork was sent that day, Thursday, and the bank would receive it, and that "he would work on getting me my promised items by Friday" Friday comes, and once again, there is a new delay in the process, and the only person who can handle it is on vacation until Tuesday, so again I would need to wait. I asked, what recourse might I have if this does not occur, at which point again, no answer other than apology. So 2 weeks later, the original reason for a purchase, which to my understanding, I have already made, is being withheld, and I am without recourse. Now I could understand a delay, had I been passive, but I had been calling daily to receive updates, and no one seemed it prudent to actually verify the information I was being given or given me an honest answer. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and would never do business with them again. More
